Refunds

We Have a 10 Day Return Policy, Which Means You Have 10 days After Receiving Your Item to Request a Return. 

A Return Authorization Will Need to be Issued in Order to Obtain a Refund.  Items Sent Back to Us Without First Receiving a Return Authorization Will Not Be Accepted. 

To Start a Return, You Can Contact Us at toadtackle@protonmail.com. If Your Return is Approved, We Will Email You a Return Shipping Label, as Well as Instructions on How and Where to Send Your Package. Return Shipping Costs are the Buyer's Expense & Will Be Deducted From Your Refund Amount. Original Shipping Costs Will Not Be Refunded. 


To Be Eligible For a Return, Your Item Must Be in the Same Condition That You Received It, Unworn or Unused, with Tags, and in Its Original Packaging. You Will Also Need the Receipt or Proof of Purchase.


We Will Notify You Once We’ve Received and Inspected Your Return, and Let You Know If Your Refund Is Approved. If Refund is Approved, Your Original Payment Method Will Be Refunded. Please Remember It Can Take Some Time For Your Bank or Credit Card Company to Process and Post the Refund as Well.

Damages and Wrong Item Sent

Please Inspect Your Order Upon Receiving. Contact Us Immediately if the Item is Damaged or if You Receive the Wrong Item, So That We Can Evaluate the Issue and Rectify the Problem. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain Types of Items Cannot be Returned, Like Perishable Goods, Custom Products, and Personal Care Goods. We also Do Not Accept Returns for Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases. Please Get in Touch if You Have Questions or Concerns About Your Specific Item. If an Item is Not Eligible for Future Return, We Will Include That Information in the Listing Info. 

Unfortunately, We Cannot Accept Returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.
